This is exactly what it says on the tin – a small, lightweight clip-on LED light that will make your winter/night time walks, runs or bike rides that much safer.

The clip grips firmly onto most surfaces (we even managed to get it to stay put on the brake cables of a bike) and in use the Eddystone emits either a continuous or flashing light from three bright blue LEDs which can be seen from up to half-a-mile away.

It’s weatherproof (but shouldn’t be submerged) and provides up to 144 hours use in flashing mode, 72 hours in constant, the batteries are easy to replace and it will easily slip into a pocket or bag.

The light won’t replace a torch but that’s not what it aims to do – it simply provides a highly visible warning to other road users that you’re there, which it does very effectively and at a very good price.
