Squirty non-suck hydration system
A bit heavy; not cheap
whitbyandco.co.uk

The Geigerrig Rig 700 pressurised hydration pack allows you to spray water into your mouth (or onto your face to cool down or you hands to clean them), to hygienically share water with your mate and to take on hydration even during highly aerobic exercise where normal hydration systems leave the breathless user short. As the advertising bumpf says, you need 'never suck again'.

This system does mean you have to carry a little more weight, and has the pack is pretty robustly built this adds to the weight, but everyone we know who has used one so far has been really please with the performance.

This particular pack has an 11-litre capacity and a 2-litre 'hydration engine' (Geigerrig's words, not our...) and features include a well padded shoulder straps and a sturdy harness system with removable waist strap and a ventilated back panel, one main compartment with an internal storage compartments and organiser, an iPod ready compartment with waterproof zipper garage and a plug and play reservoir tube connector.

Not everyone will want to carry the extra weight of this type of hydration system, but if you don't mind that and also like a bit of technical jiggery-pokery you should check out the Rig 700
