There is no cash alternative available. The holiday must be claimed within 3 days (72 hours) of the notification e-mail being sent. If you do not claim your prize within this period, a new winner will be drawn. The publishers word on all matters relating to this prize. The prize is only available to UK residents and all details are non-negotiable.

'Robot' entries will not be accepted.

All entrants must be UK residents of the age of 18 and over.

Employees of the promoter, Texas Office of the Govenor, Economic Development and Tourism all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.

Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Participants must complete the competition entry form to be valid for entry.

Competition commences 4th May 2012 and closes 30th August 2012.

The prize will be drawn and winners notified by 31th August 2012.

The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool and will need to respond within 72 hours of this to accept being the winner, or another winner will be chosen.

Attempts will be made to notify the winner by the email provided at the time of entry.

If the promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner, then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize of:

•    Two direct return flights from London. Flights are subject to availability and valid for up to 2 people travelling together based on twin/double share accommodation.

•    10-day Texas Ranger tour with Grand American Adventures

•    All accommodation, including ranch stay with meals and horse riding

•    All transportation and services of an experienced guide

Travel valid for tours scheduled for departure on 29 September and 11 October, 2012

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.

Travel insurance is not included in this prize

The prize winner will be subject to Grand American Adventures standard booking conditions, copy available on request.

The prize does NOT include (as also underlined):

•    Any additional travel costs (including getting to/from London Heathrow Airport)

•    Meals or drinks other than breakfast (unless otherwise specified)

•    Spending money

•    Additional activities (unless otherwise specified)

•    Travel insurance – all prize winners must ensure they hold valid in-date travel insurance before departing

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and the correct documentation for travel to US (including any visas or ESTA https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta).

The prize is subject to availability.

Travel is not permitted during UK public and school holidays.

Availability and date restrictions: All portions of the prize are subject to availability and may also be subject to date limitations and restrictions during school holidays and peak periods. This includes matching availability of flights and accommodation.

The flight tickets are non-negotiable, and under no circumstances are permitted to be upgraded. All prize travel will be subject to the Airline provider.

Airmiles cannot be accrued on prize air travel.

The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas where applicable.

Neither promoter, Texas Office of the Govenor, Economic Development and Tourism, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion assumes any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

Neither promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

Promoter collects participants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.

All travellers must travel together. If the travellers are unable to travel in accordance with the above or unavailable date restrictions, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

No cash alternatives will be offered.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the promoter’s decision is final.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice.

The organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value.

The prize draw will be governed by English Law and the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
