On September 8th this year, the Eddy Merckx Classic, an annual cycling event honouring the legendary Belgian cyclist, Eddy Merckx, will once again take place in SalzburgerLand. Known for his five wins at the two most important cycling races, the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia, Eddy dominated the sport in the 1960s and 70s and is still considered by many to be the greatest cyclist of all time.
1,500 participants come from all over Europe every year to ride in the Eddy Merckx Classic, and it has established itself as a key fixture in the cycling marathon calendar. One not to be missed for any keen cyclist!

The Prize
The lucky winner will receive two nights half board accommodation for two people in a hotel in the beautiful Fuschlsee area of SalzburgerLand from the 6th to 8th September 2019. You’ll also be treated to transfers to and from the airport, free entry to the Eddy Merckx Classic 2019 and bike rental.
