Sharp looking, loose fit jersey that dries in a flash
Fabric isn't as instantly comfortable as some

Sometimes when the weather is kind, the temperatures set high and the rain stays off, all you need is a simple jersey to hit the trails in. The Thrillium is just that, a raglan-sleeved, lightweight polyester fabric jersey with antimicrobial treatment for odour 'management,' crew neck and glasses wipe tucked behind the hem. Nothing more.

Dakine are masters at producing well cut, functional garments and we are pleased to report the Thrillium is no different. The cut is loose, but not too loose to cause flapping sails of fabric on a rapid downhill, the sleeves are perfectly proportioned and the back long enough to retain coverage even when the trail get rowdy.

The fabric isn't as soft and welcoming as some of the other options out there, but it is practical and very fast drying. In fact it absorbs so little water we have almost worn it straight out the washing machine on occasion. A handy feature when on trips where kit is at a premium and overnight hotel sink washes a necessity.

The anti-microbial treatment doesn't mean the Thrillium is immune to ponging after long days in the saddle, it isn't a license to avoid the washing machine, but we do find it hasn't quite hit the highs of other synthetic jerseys. And long may that continue.

A great, sharp looking jersey with plenty of room for airflow and comfort, quick drying and happy in all sorts of mountain biking situations from downhill to regular trail riding.
