This family sized camping cook set from Vango comprises of three pots, a kettle and a non-stick frying pan. All of the items nestle together into the largest of the pots creating a neat and easy to carry package.
We've given all of the items in this cook set a serious battering on multiple camping trips and it's proven to be highly durable, even down to the non-stick frying pan which is still non-stick!
The range and size of pots make it a great choice for extended family camping trips, the largest pot has a 3L capacity which is big enough for cooking up a hearty stew or pasta dish and the 1.5L pot is perfect for some lunchtime beans.
As well as the pans there's a little kettle and a removable pot handle as well as a webbing strap which is used to secure everything together, very simple but very effective.
The set is aluminium so is lightweight, totalling just under a kilo for the whole lot. Being aluminium the pans do have the potential to retain tastes and smells but it's not something we've found to be a problem in use.
Overall we found this set to be a really easy option for family camp cooking as you can just grab and go knowing that you won't need anything else but a stove and some food, oh and some plates to eat all that lovely grub off.
