A sleeper is always worth having since you can use it as a sleeping bag liner to add warmth (and kep the inside of your bag clean), it can be used on its own in warm weather or it can be used under the smelly blankets usually found in alpine refuges.

The Lifeventure AXp silk/cotton liners have been designed with the Duke of Edinburgh's Award in mind (although that’s not all you’d use them for obviously) and are made from 50% natural silk and cotton.

Each sleeper is treated with a unique permanent antibacterial treatment which ensures it will not develop odours, and they have a roomy, gussetted design and are available in rectangular or mummy shape.

There’s a hidden security pocket for storing small valuable items and the sleeper comes with its own ripstop stuff sack for easy storage.
