On the heavy and bulky side

The INOX watch is a classic Victorinox design and benefits from their pedigree of making hardwearing kit for the outdoors as well as their Swiss aesthetic. The paracord bracelet is a great addition for anyone spending time in the wilderness.

First impressions during unboxing are that this is a weighty piece of kit. While that may be initially off-putting, it's worth bearing in mind the testing that this watch has had to endure; 130 different tests, destroying 421 prototypes along the way, including 10 metre drops to concrete, 2 hours in a 90 degree spin cycle and being run over by a 64 tonne tank.

As if that kind of durability weren't enough the watch also comes with a removable rubber bumper for an extra level of protection - great for rock climbing.

200 metre waterproofing and anti-reflective crystal add to the versatility of the watch, but it's the paracord bracelet that makes it a great choice for adventurers. With 2 metres of cord (1 either side of the watch face) you'll never be without this most vital piece of survival equipment; which is as comforting as knowing your watch is virtually unbreakable.

A hardcore timepiece from the Swiss Army legends, which will still be ticking long after we are! Backcountry credentials and all the style and dependability you'd expect from a Swiss watch make this a good value accessory.
