From concept to design and production the Heimplanet 'Cave' was conceived to be different. The inflatable geodesic 'diamond grid' dome is a very efficient and stable structure and took it's design influence from the natural world.

The airbeams are constructed of a TPU bladder encased in a sewn polyester jacket making them extremely robust, but in the unlikely event of a tube becoming damaged due to the multi-chamber design it can be isolated ensuring the tent remains stable until a repair can be made.

With no parts to assemble and simultaneous pitching of the air frame, inner and flysheet the 'Cave' is extremely quick to erect, you simply take it out of the bag, roll it out, inflate it and peg it out. With practise this be can be achieved in little over a minute making this one of the fastest tents on the market to pitch. Sleeping up to three people and with room for six to sit together it was designed to celebrate a unique way to travel and offer a new way to enjoy the outdoors with less to rely on and more to discover.
