Give the short film, ‘ALIVE’ a watch and experience Canada like never before. German filmmaker and photographer, Florian ‘Flo’ Nick, spent 6 weeks travelling 5,500km across British Columbia and Alberta to make this mesmerising film.
Flo used a Sony A7Sii camera rig to capture the 54,000 individual shots which make up the video, showcasing awe-inspiring natural wonders from turquoise lakes, to eerie forest glens.
According to Flo, the goal of the film was to “raise awareness of our wonderful planet earth which we have the privilege to be part of”, and as far as we’re concerned, it’s mission accomplished.
