A morning run like no other; watch as Stefan Wyssen sprints along the towering ridges of Switzerland's Gantrisch Nature Park.

swiss ridge running web

Filmaker Stefan Wyssen shows off his nerves of steel and considerable athletic skill as he takes on the beautiful peaks and ridges of Gantrisch Nature Park. Covering 402km2 and sitting between the three cities of Bern, Fribourg and Thun, the park offers stunning views of the Alps and is a haven for hikers and bikers.

It contains numerous trails through the Alpine foothills and up into the imposing Gantrisch mountain range where you'll find rare flora and fauna, as well as extensive forest, canyons and small towns to explore. Something here for skiers as well, with 45km of cross-country ski runs in the winter months.
