The Scottish Bike Show returns this weekend with a visit from Sir Chris Hoy.

There is also a top line up of independent bike shops, distributors and big name manufacturers exhibiting and selling a huge range of the latest bikes, cycle gear and clothing and accessories.

In addition there are some fantastic cycle features to keep the whole family entertained. These include:

The Clan Stunt Team, a cycling stunt team offering the most exciting and daring bicycle display shows in the UK – from mountain bike and trials to BMX.

Everyone is encouraged to have a go at Rollapaluza, the latest cycling phenomenon to hit the UK. Two participants battle it out on a pair of custom-built rollers connected to a huge dial, with split-second-digital timing over a simulated 500m distance! They are accompanied by music, an MC and cheering crowds.

The SBS Theatre has a full programme of interactive workshops, demonstrations and talks by cycling experts, enthusiasts and manufacturers. Sir Chris Hoy will be at the show on Saturday to promote his new bike brand, Hoy. He will be taking part in a Q & A session and an autograph signing session.

The AirBag! It is a massive pillow of air that cushions and absorbs the impact of falling allowing everyone to try freestyle tricks without the fear of a crash landing. Experienced and novice riders alike can use TheAirBag.

Get measured up. Ever thought whether or not your bike fitted you properly? Now you can find out at the Bike Radar Bike Fit Studio. Riders of all disciplines, age, and size can have a full 45-minute detailed bike fit analysis carried out at the show for £60.
