The Aiguille du Midi Chamonix France CREDIT Shaun HutsonChamonix Adventure Festival is now accepting submissions for next year's event. The festival gives adventure film makers the chance to showcase their talents and win awards.
Last year’s film programme featured 24 films about 18 sports filmed in 17 different countries with the winners including Sébastien Montaz-Rosset, Tyler Stableford, Pete McBride and Skip Armstrong. This year the line-up will boast just as many films and will be complemented by other events including photography and art exhibitions in the centre of Chamonix.

For aspiring film makers who want to learn more about adventure film and photography, the Festival includes a series of film and photography courses taught by a team of experts.

The festival will run from 15-20 July 2013 in the town in the French Alps, which is renowned as an outdoor sport destination. For more information about the festival, visit the website www.chamonixadventurefestival.com

Entry form and submission guidelines for films can be found at www.chamonixadventurefestival.com/film_entries/new. Film submissions of all disciplines and film types are accepted for selection. Deadline is 30 April 2013.
